POLICIES, Terms and conditions

As a courtesy to all of my clients, I ask that you arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your session. Your time is valuable and your health and wellbeing are important. To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and respectfully, the following policies are honored:

Late arrivals:

All appointments start and end on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate clients who are scheduled after you.

Cancellations:

24 hour advance notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payments:

Cash, credit cards, and Venmo are accepted.

Payment is due at time of service.

ILLNESS

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please be respectful and courteous to your therapist and fellow clients by rescheduling your appointment as soon as you’re aware that you are unwell. If you show up to your appointment and you are sick, you will be rescheduled.

Massage/Bodywork are not substitutes for medical care, medical examination, or medical diagnosis. Always inform your therapist of any changes in your health status.
